Disadvantages of Coffee on a Human Body

We all know that coffee is the best fuel, which keeps us energetic for a longer duration. It can revive our brain for better productivity. Thus I can say it is an unlimited elixir of energy. There are numerous benefits of coffee, but it can be dangerous apart from consuming in high amounts. Typically people have this habit of grabbing a coffee from their favorite outlets like Starbucks and Dutch Bros, they love to sip coffee while going to the office or college. Because they feel they will work well if they have the energy.

They put it in group 2B; these categories represent how likely something Is to cause cancer in humans, not how much cancer it causes. Group 2A is probably caused by cancer; this much hotter than how people in the UK usually drink tea.

Caffeine is a stimulant used by people to increase wakefulness, fat burning, and improving concentration, and focus. The amount of caffeine in coffee is 102,200 mg. Caffeine triggers fat burning by raising energy metabolism and fat oxidation. But there are some negative potentials too which are associated with drinking coffee. The main disadvantages are the following:

Insomnia:

Consuming coffee at the wrong time leads to sleep problems or a need to visit the toilet during the night, affecting the quality of our sleep. Thus poor sleep can make us feel lethargic and irritable the next day. So if you are struggling with sleep, you need to cut down the caffeine intake.

Conception:

During pregnancy, drinking coffee can be a dangerous option for food. Which intake of coffee may lead to miscarriage. So when you are trying to conceive and trying for a family, you need to be careful and monitor the caffeine intake. Caffeine also affects blood pressure. Thus it is not acceptable to take caffeine while you are looking to conceive.

Moreover, during breastfeeding, caffeine can be passed to the baby in breast milk. Thus it can affect the baby and make him restless and irritable.

Coffee and cholesterol:

Too much caffeine can increase the levels of low-density lipoprotein, which is LDL and is also known as bad cholesterol. LDL  leads to hardening of the arteries, which can inhibit blood flow to the heart and deprive it of oxygen.

Toxicity:

Lousy quality coffee is rich in impurities, which cause headache, sickness, and generally awful feeling. One ruined bean can make your cup toxic. In the case of high-quality coffee you don’t need to worry about this issue.

Caffeine can kill you:

Twenty-three liters coffee means 80 to 100 cups in a short session is lethal for your body.

Bedwetting:

5 to 7 years old kids may increase Enuresis, also known as bedwetting if they consume a high amount of caffeine.

Stained teeth:

The tooth layer is called enamel, and it can be stained due to the high intake of coffee; because of the oxidation of tannins, teeth start to stain and splotchy. Tannins are antioxidants called tannic acid, and they stick to form plaque on our teeth and form a yellow layer on our teeth.

Bone mass loss:

Drinking coffee can drain Calcium from the body and contribute to osteoporosis.4 cups of coffee or more is associated with a minimal reduction in bone mass.

Anxiety:

Overconsumption of caffeine can make you feel jittery and nervous. Caffeine can trigger a host of sensations, like heart beats faster, the body begins to heat up, breathing rate becomes faster and thus sparks the feeling of anxiety.

Mental Disorder:

People can be suffered from a range of short and long-term withdrawal symptoms. Headache is widespread, drowsiness, difficulty concentration, nausea, irritability, muscle pain. These are some of the symptoms you experience if you consume a high level of caffeine. These are the disadvantages of caffeine, and one should always consume it in moderation. People with high blood pressure, anxiety, insomnia should cut down caffeine intake for s while to see if it helps.
