  • 1 tablespoon cornflour mixed with 2 tablespoons water (for thickening)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped spring onions for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Manchurian Balls:

  • In a large bowl, mix the chopped cabbage, carrots, and bell peppers. Add all-purpose flour, cornflour, ginger-garlic paste, green chili, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well to form a dough-like consistency.
  • Shape the mixture into small balls.
  • Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat. Fry the Manchurian balls in batches until they are golden brown and crisp. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
