پس از جنجال بسیار بر سر مجوز به علت همکاری با شادمهر عقیلی سرانجام در زمستان سال ۱۳۹۰، آلبوم «تصمیم» منتشر شد.

در مهر ۱۳۹۶ در پی شکایت اردلان سرفراز از علی لهراسبی به دلیل اجرای اشعار او بدون اجازه، دادگاه بدوی شعبه ۱۰۶۰ کیفری تهران وی را به دو سال حبس تعزیری محکوم کرد.
